JOSEPH E. AMATUCCI born September 15,1925 in Boston, MA to Emilio and Lenda Amatucci here on Hyde Park Ave. Pfc. Amatucci enlisted in the United States Marines on December 22,1943. He was killed in action on May 26,1945 during battle in World War II in Okinawa.
The City of Boston bestows the title of Hero upon Joseph E. Amatucci, for his bravery and the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Marines. |
