Developed by Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD), the project is on the site of the former Boston Ice Company at 198 Geneva Avenue in Dorchester.Funding for this project was provided by DND ($500,000), HUD ($5,353,000 Section 202 grant), DHCD ($500,000 Housing Stabilization Funds), and FHLB though Boston Private Bank ($250,000). |
