The new $170 million development is located close to the culture of Chinatown and the vibrancy of the Theatre District ant Downtown Crossing. The building features community centered amenities and 381 new units of housing. Items from the Gaiety Theater have been preserved and are on display in Boylston Alley and along Washington Street.
