    Technical Work

    Technicians who don't show, bad deliveries, sloppy technical work such as wires/debris in apartments, or poor exterior work such as application of cable box.

  • Wire Down (200)

    Downed Wires

    Utility wires that are low-hanging, blocking an entrance, or have fallen down. Wires may belong to Comcast, RCN, Verizon, AT&T, Eversource (NStar), or the City of Boston.

  • Utility Pole (200)

    Utility Poles

    Poles damaged by car accidents or leaning due to age. Note the pole's specific location on a public sidewalk or in a private backyard. Each pole has a metal tag with a pole number, and providing that number can help us help you.
