If any areas are without power, residents should call their utility company to report outages. They can also call the Mayor's 24 Hour Constituent Service at 617-635-4500 with concerns or questions.
Please remember to take precautions during extreme weather. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 directly.
The City of Boston recognizes that winter storms and extreme cold weather place homeless people who suffer from medical/behavioral health problems may be particularly at risk if they are exposed to extreme weather conditions.
Please be vigilant and dial 911 if you suspect an individual is suffering from hypothermia, frostbite, or is in need of services.
