Event Submission Form

The CityofBoston.gov calendar presents local events hosted, sponsored, or supported by the City of Boston and its agencies. Use this form to suggest public events we may have missed.

Please Note: All submissions are reviewed by staff before appearing on the calendar.


Submitter Information:
Please provide your contact information in case there are any questions during the approval process. If you would like to include a message to the Calendar Administrator, use the "Submission Notes" field. Information in this section will not be published on the public website.
Location:
Name of the location (e.g. City Hall Plaza, Tobin Community Center, Franklin Park)
Address:
Enter a valid postal address (with city state zip) compatible with online maps and directions.
Contact:
Name and email address of person visitors can contact for more details.
Audience:
For most events, select either Adults or Families. If an event is specifically tailored to another demographic, include that too. Checking off ALL audience types may result in your submission being rejected.
Neighborhood:
Check only the neighborhood(s) where the event actually takes place. Improperly checking every neighborhood may result in your submission being rejected.
MBTA:
Closest MBTA station or bus. Example: Blue/Green Line (Government Center).
Type of Event
Only check off appropriate event type(s).
Notes:
Long description and full details (very important!) about the event (4000 characters max).
